I have always been an early riser, but as I get older I am even more so.
My best wishes for the publication of the book!
It’s your body’s Circadian Clock/Rhythm. That’s how you were born. People are born with an internal clock, so lot of people falsely think late risers are lazy but they’re not.
Their brains just aren’t wired to be morning people.
And most societies are built around Morning people.
