Good queations. I really don't underatand why MicroStrategy doesn't use AnchorWatch or OnRamp to mitigate RugPull risk.
Outsourcing bitcoin cybersecurity to a single point of failure makes np sense. Unlike real eatate, bitcoin does not have counterparty risk. Why trade a pristine asset for an asset with counterparty risk?
That's why I don't own any stocks, even bitcoin stocks. As corporate HODLing improves, I will reconsider.
