It's 2023. There is a combatant command dedicated to cyber warfare (CYBERCOM) & Twitter is arguing w/me that software can't be used in warfare. There is an entire military branch building non-lethal weapons (Space Force) & ppl are arguing w/me that all weapons cause injury.
