Low carbohydrate diet

During the last few years, in spite of being a person who does a lot of sports and takes care of my diet, my cholesterol and especially triglyceride levels had shot up.

Several doctors instead of giving me a solution, offered me medication, which I refused.

Since the false pandemic I am a total conspiracy theorist, although I was before but I had my doubts and since the false pandemic I know I am not crazy, I have stopped believing in doctors.

Just a year ago, I decided to attack the problem. Previous years I managed to do it by intermittent fasting of eating once a day, but it was certainly very hard for me. So I decided to remove as many carbohydrates as possible from my diet.

The result is that just one year later my cholesterol and triglyceride levels are those of a newborn.

Therefore, carbohydrates are the cause of the hormonal imbalance that leads to elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Doctors prescribe you pills but do not change your diet which means that when you stop taking the pills, the levels go back up, and who wins? the pharmaceutical company since you become chronically ill.

You need to get on statins immediately!!!

As a note, my triglyceride levels were reduced by 75% and my cholesterol level by 50%.

Eating basically meat, nuts, cheese, fish, a little bit of vegetables and a little bit of fruit.

All this makes me question so many things....

Obviously it is an expensive diet that not everyone in my country can afford. The FIAT system leads you to eat shitty food because your salary is devalued so much that it is impossible to feed your family well and this is the terrible thing about it.

Don’t drink the water though

It is very tough for people to heal in the same environments they get sick in. Centralized healthcare knows this.

Went keto a year ago and stopped all meds for cholesterol and high blood pressure against my Dr's recommendations.

My health has been better than it has in many, many years. Cholesterol and triglycerides are now completely normal and blood pressure is now completely normal.

I fired my Dr on grounds that all he wanted to do was keep me on a host of medications which caused other ailments as side affects and still telling me to eat a low "fat diet with grains and limit red meat"

In other words, to keep me sick and on pills for the rest of my life. Fuck that. I did the complete opposite of my Dr's "health recommendations" and now I'm completely healthy and med free.
