Proof-of-Keys on January 3rd is not only for withdrawal from the exchange, but from your Lightning custodial and Liquid EVERYTHING for the on-chain network as well, ok?

I think I never heard Trace Mayer saying anything about withdrawing Lightning.

Because of the fees and dust, people are accumulating 0.01 BTC in Lightning or Liquid to later swap it to on-chain. Would you leave 0.01 BTC in a non-custodial wallet? I think it’s a good practice to withdraw everything to on-chain or have a custodial wallet.
