First step. Make WhatsApp ( a shitty spyware app for instant messaging that’s controlled by the US) illegal to use.

Second step. Bring everyone to WeChat or telegram (another one but controlled by China or Russia, which is well aligned with the C word)or created a bananistic version of it only for Venezuelan citizens.

You can already tell what is it that good old Maduro wants.

People is already taking steps to message privately, ephemeral messages are gonna be huge for Venezuelans and sadly, they’ll probably go to the second best (telegram).

Pavel's fairy tale about Vkontakte being sold because he didn't want to cooperate with the Russian regime was a success.

It was just a trick to create Telegram and gain trust in the world.

The sad thing is that Telegram is also used quite a lot in Ukraine.

Telegram is an ordinary weapon of the Russians, don't use that ****.
