I'm in a bar trying to pay my beer with my wallet and I get this error. The receipt seems to be properly decode. 
Any idea what is going on here?

Bad liquidity, payment in transit potentially? Assuming you’re on v0.9.7. This is cleaned up a bit in v0.10.
Check the balance view for an hourglass icon and activity view to track the payment status.
