I went to one for a while. Felt great after. Even felt taller. But once I stopped going, the pain and issues came back. Deadlifts were free and helped way more 😂

Improving general health seems to fix a lot of stuff. I don't trust the PTs who like the fru-fru little rubber band exercises, but I guess one has to move into this stuff slowly. Also eating better helps... a lot of patients would be a lot healthier if they just dropped the sodas!

if you don't do the fru-fru exercise it will never help you.
