Hello. Yes that is normal for Phoenix. I would say stick with it. It charges to take care of stuff for you but it is an easy self custody wallet. I have 2 Phoenix and WOS. For here you need LNURL support and WOS is easy. But it crashes alot. So I just use it to receive and keep the holdings in Phoenix. Let me know if you need help

Before you do that just know that you cant directly connect Phoenix here. Download a wallet of satoshi first and I’ll show you what I mean. It won’t cost you anything to do it this way

Yes. I use it to send but you cant receive with it. It can only generate an invoice that can be used once. You need a wallet that has an @ look at the chart here https://coincharge.io/en/lnurl-for-lightning-wallets/
