I have received free sim card from the UK visa application center (tls contact) in Ankara. They say, it's because of skilled worker process.

I've just applied to change my UK visa to skilled worker visa, TLS Contact (application processor) gave me and my wife free sim cards in case we may need them when we arrive to the UK. They said that, it is just for work visa applicants.
