So this past Friday and Saturday I competed in the World Strength Games and took 1st place for the 50-59 over 105kg division.

More impressive is the man in the picture with me. Roger Ortmayer is 78 years old and put on a clinic. I only wish I can do what he did when I turn 78. Roger did a 130lb log clean and press. He did a 200lb per hand 50ft farmers walk in 30 seconds. He lifted a 190lb naturals stone and carried 60ft. He did a 425lb yoke for 50ft and pulled a 300lb deadlift.

He told me at dinner after the competition that he plans to come back next year and do even better. Roger is proof that age is just a number if you stay active and stay committed.
