If you are running Citrine, you may be able to restore your follows from there, otherwise https://metadata.nostr.com/ is your best bet.

I do have Citrine but I'm not certain I'm running it correctly.

Ah I think that is how I nuked mine as well. I uninstalled it and things got weird. Also side note: I owe you a penmanship project, I am still thinking it, i owe you
