Yesterday's brisket was astonishing. 🥩

6 hours in a Dutch oven, lid off.

Then placed on a bed of onions.

Another 1.5 hours in the Dutch uncovered.

Then a final 2 hours covered in the Dutch to finish and soften!

All at 120°C/248°F.

An excellent brisket reccomendation by Brisket themselves! 🙃
