One important aspect of investing is you are never “on the sidelines”, you are either long or you are short

If you have any assets at all, you are long those assets and short all the assets you do not hold

It is a closed system of controlled value, and invest you must as the economic system designed before you were born inflates the common #fiat denominator, ensuring you to spend time investing in order to retain value and purchasing power for which you gave your time and energy

This was the old world, before #bitcoin

Now that we have #bitcoin the world is born new, where you do not need to invest in order to retain value. #bitcoin is the exit from the devaluing control system you were born into, and gives you the new chance to do what you like instead of worrying about investing, and whether you are long or short one asset vs. another
