Dude, that's one of the bridges to a residential neighborhood in southern Kherson. Thousands of people lived there; the reports I've seen estimates that about 2000 people still do.
Russians are doing what Russians do best: forcing Ukrainians out of them homes. They're all sick psychopaths who need to be killed off.
