Bananas? Any type of Quinoa?
How about buckwheat grains? At least better some most other wheat 🌾 forms I think?

I tend to stick to potato, sweet potato and occasionally rice. Again I’m no expert but this is what I have found to be best for me and my specific gut health / sugar level maintenance
