You talk about injuries but getting checked full spead into the band by a 250lb player in the NHL will give you brain injury. Or that player that got eviscerated by a skate blade while he was on the ice.

If you lift properly and take appropriate rest days, you don’t get injured.

Some have trouble with facts. 😂
