We went there once to do food delivery. My husband asked a cop as he'd noticed how everyone drives 10mph over the speed limit by default, if not even faster. He said only rookie cops will fine people for it duringaybe the first two weeks, then they stop.

It was too crazy for us. Way too much traffic. Spending 40+ minutes stuck in traffic going under 2 total miles wasn't worth it so we left.
