So the cooler is called a 52PI. Its originally for a raspi. Then you need the bracket, its called a socket, to mount it to the board. You can 3d print it, if that is an option, for you or you can pick one up from D-central i think sells them. The cooler comes with fans but just use the fan and screws that originally come with the bitaxe. And you will need some fresh thermal paste. Keeps the temps under 50c. Noctua also sell a mini 40mm fan thats quieter than the original.
