I was talking about this at a meetup recently. We were debating on the best way to go about bringing the lawsuits. Find the lawyers first? Get funding first? Fina specific case? Would love to keep pushing on this.
Find the lawyer. Someone who really knows Austrian economics. They also need to be admitted to the correct courts, want publicity and be willing to commit enough time to not only work the case but work the publicity circuit as well.
