What kind of arguments are worth it?

Arguments on ideology, truth, and plans for the future are worth it. Those discussions need to happen on uncensorable spaces.
Twitter-esque arguments on pointless things like preference of text editor or web framework, on the other hand... (yes, I spent too much time on dev twitter)
Arguments on celebrity drama fall squarely in the latter category as well
