A federal judge has authorized the 🇺🇸 US government to sell 69,370 Bitcoin, valued at $6.5 billion, seized from Silk Road.
The DOJ has not yet released details on the timing or method of the sale.
My guess is this was a strategic "Fuck you" from the outgoing administration to the incoming administration...
