I currently only buy #bitcoin with a dollar cost average strategy. I'm thinking about in addition to that setting up a small pool of USD on exchange and programming a bot to watch for any x% drop over y timeframe and automatically buy the small dips.

Anyone doing this currently and did you build your down tool or use something off-the-shelf?

Coinbase like a good little pleb. Just convenient to schedule a recurring monthly purchase so it's enough to make the fee worth it. Then I do a transfer to self-custodial wallet every few months.
