I believe it has to be a direct link to the image file (.jpg, .png, etc...) and not an html page.
If you can't get a direct link with Dropbox, you could try adding the image from your phone/pc (or copy/paste) into a simple nostr post whatever your client is and then copying the link from that post to Habla

Most probably because you logged into Habla with your public key (npub....) which only allows you to read.
Habla doesn't seem to allow for private key logins (nsec....) which makes sense as you don't want a bunch of different web sites storing your private key.
First option is to use a browser extension like Alby or nos2x for managing your nsec and signing nostr events. Which means you must be using a PC,
Second option is to use "Nostr Connect" with a bunker:// type link but I don't know how that works.,
And finally Habla offers to create an account so I guess the app does generate and store an nsec in that case.
