If someone has experience with the Electrum wallet. I see in this video that you can make an ⚡ lighting address ⚡. Is that correct? Can I add that address to Nostr and it will work as expected?

Well the answer is no. Lighting works with invoices, not address. Lighting address are not in the spirit of crypto.
