It's fair, but they don't apply it equally to everyone... in fact, I think this is being asked for something like "an act of political violence" according to what I read... who was murdered seems to have an influence.
I agree. Probably they will even try to bring in "terrorism". They will throw the whole book at him and it will be up to a jury to decide what will stick to him.
