It's the Maschine+, a full self-contained digital audio workstation. I load an instrument on it and then I can play it with the keyboard and record what I play too.

Yep! I really don't like doing music production on a computer, so the maschine offers a very tactile all-in-one audio production experience that I really enjoy.
