Are you still feeling the best you’ve ever felt from the change in diet?

it depends …

the easiest food routine I had in my life, no counting calories, no restriction, good feelings

I enjoy the feeling of my mind not thinking about food, just eating once or twice a day without any restrictions. It brings me a sense of joy. However, my life is quite simple and slow at the moment, so it's hard to say that I feel my absolute best, there's not much to do with all this energy.

Overall, eating this way feels so easy that I don't see any reason to go back to adding sugar, grains, or anything like that.

I'm still experimenting with the amount of food I eat and figuring out which foods are the most nourishing.
