Well yeah they didn’t build anything I just don’t think you realize how powerful they are. Look at 2019 they made 8/10 movies. One company… Nevertheless it’s become obvious even to the average viewer that Disney gives no fucks on preserving brands but rather milking the brand to the last dollar possible. Regarding the woke stuff I hope it kills them but I just see them as too big to go down anytime soon. 
Disney is losing mooney. Nobody wants their woketarded gay homo pushing entertainment. Disney did not build Lucas Films, George Lucas did. Dismay did not build Indiana Jones. Disney is doing a bang up job of ruining things like Star Wars nd Indians Jones now that they bought those franchises.
