Prior to Windows 11 you would call it Command Prompt, now they claim it's an "Terminal" in Windows 11

I wrote pretty mad shit for powershell. basically a DSL for UI testing of an application.

Libs in .NET and testers could write test plans in powershell.

But I'm glad I don't have to touch W any more
