Yes - Bitcoin is both Truth & Beautiful.

I used to have (and still do to an extent) a long held & foundational belief that Truth can't be expressed with words. At best words can only point to Truth.

Bitcoin has really challenged that belief since at it's core, Bitcoin is just words.

I still manage to cling onto it but my core foundational belief is that 'beliefs should only be maintained while they serve you'.

While my set of non dualistic beliefs have served me well for a decade, I'm not sure that they are still serving me.

I personally hold onto beliefs until they are proven to be untrue. Perfect example is the State. I grew up believing the State is there to serve me. It wasn't until many years after my schooling that I started to question this belief. It would serve me well to still believe this in order to remain within my social circles, but I had to let it go. The evidence is just too overwhelming. This path doesn't feel beautiful, but seeking the truth is just too addictive.

I would say that believing that the state operates in your best interest can cause you a lot of pain. That continuing to maintain that belief is not in your best interest & should be dropped.

To me, the accuracy of the belief is not as important as the danger or benefit in maintaining it.

Example: I believe that seed oils are toxic & take action accordingly. The outcome is that I sometimes I go hungry for lack of alternative food options. I would struggle to defend this belief as factual but there's enough logical & anecdotal evidence to justify me maintaining this belief.

Accuracy & correctness is important to me but I also believe (foundationally) that facts are just widely accepted opinions. This belief helps me to see things more subjectively. To challenge that which is unchallengeable.

I know that this caused a cascade of turmoil in my life when i adopted it. No regrets, but I also know that widespread subjectivity of everything isn't for everyone. When I communicate, I make allowances to get my intentions & meaning across.
