What are your cholesterol numbers?
I am not sure of the heartsaver vs ct. I know my doctor said 300's he would be worried. Zero was awesome. We had to get a prescription but were able to get the test for a cash special of 99 dollars.
Recently I have experimented with some flour and lard Tortillas to see if I could get the numbers down. No luck. Funny thing is when I was eating burgers and fries my numbers were better.
I'm at 250 total 177 LDL. 35 y o
