I think they are winding it all down. Unlimited debt ceiling till 2025, paves way for the inevitable dollar death spiral, at which time the rails will be in place for Wall Street and the banks to switch to bitcoin. No way treasuries survive. I don’t think they like it, but they realize they have no choice.
