I just gave up and used Amethyst. Saw notifications. I'm guessing it.jas something to do with Primal versus Amethyst. The reactions were made using Amethyst. I checked the relays to make sure I was using the same ones. Turned on all notifications. Got the update for Primal. Nothing worked until I switched to Amethyst.
