A North Korean balloon carrying rubbish and propaganda leaflets has landed on South Korea's presidential compound, marking the second such incident in recent months. The balloon dumped its contents onto the compound in Seoul's Yongsan district, but authorities said no dangerous items or materials were found. Local media reported that the leaflets ridiculed President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife. Tensions have been high between the two Koreas following Pyongyang's launch of thousands of balloons carrying refuse and propaganda since May.
