Poor man’s dinner?
No. I am just used to fast after 5pm but today I went for a 6 miles walk with my daughter in the late afternoon.
And while I am trying to optimise my weight I am also trying to avoid unnecessary muscle lost.
But hey, I am broke. I have only #Bitcoin and we all know it’s rat poison, currently trading above $36.5k

It depends on how good the quality of the eggs is. If the quality is good, you are probably wealthy.
Those are freerange eggs from a small farmer. Even though it’s very cheap.
Normal eggs cost like 3 CZK ($0,13). These are only 5 CZK ($0,22). It’s a steal.
My point is - I don’t think you need to be extra wealthy to eat healthy. But going to the supermarket is super convenient and not many people is willing to plan and sometimes travel to get high quality products.
Vyhoď pepř a mí mrňaví hoši by Tě pro takovou večeři zabili. Kuny. Navařím deset vajec, že do zásoby, a oni to sežerou než to vystydne. Tříleťák jich ještě jako menší zvládl na snídani i šest 🫣😀
To je hustak. Nase dvouleta Aurora je pravdepodobne breatharian.
A sest vajec nedam ani ja!
On je můj speciální chlapeček. Pořád krásně štíhlej, ale už má nožku 18,5cm a jeho o rok a půl starší bráška 19, takže dědění bot padlo. Švára má přes dva metry a jeho syn v desíti nosí velikost 170, takže genetika nemusela skákat daleko. Chlapeček můj malej. Pecen chleba, krajáč mlíka, děvečku s jetelem, sedláka se senem..🫠😂
Aurora je mmch nádherný jméno. Není to v anglickejch pohádkách jméno Zlatovlásky?🤔
