He was never accused of that to my knowledge. There was ana accusation that hit men were hired on the site which was dropped because they could not prove it. The site from what I heard did not allow that type of thing. Or at least tried to
Another interesting little tidbit is that multiple agents that were involved in his arreet were convicted of crimes. This info was kept from the jury.
The case was a sham.
