What do you think of my Matcha Energy Bowl 🍵🍃

The base is matcha mixed with protein powder. On top, I add pecans, walnuts, and almonds lightly sautéed with organic butter. Then I top it with fresh berries, feta cheese, and a sprinkle of turmeric.

I myself need to be careful of turmeric, green tea, and too much protein. I'm getting old it seems, and my liver and kidneys have had some mileage
