When you get the Damus update, I recommend you turn off all free relays. Even if you don’t pay for a relay, you can still see what’s posted on them. You just can’t post yourself. Even one free relay will cover global with spam. If you haven’t paid for any relays yet, I recommend you go ahead and get a few so people will see your notes in global. Here is a good list:
