Currently it pipes GitHub Issue information to Nostr. In the future I will implement 2 way communication and binding of GitHub account and npub

I think it’s not practical to replace GitHub at once.

By interop with it, we can gradually migrate features to Nostr. When we are ready, finally say goodbye to centralized git hosts.

But a hybrid also works, it’s each devs choice.

Discussion related features are easiest to migrate first so I did it first. It’s good for dev community engagement since devs don’t have to manually copy Issue urls to Nostr.
