Hi Joshua. My grandfather and my father were both military officers in Brazil during the “dictatorship”. They don’t agree with the term. The ex-President is an incompetent incapable of leading a nation, in my opinion. But then again I don’t think we ever had a competent leader since the Monarchy. That being said, he most certainly was not a neofascist. I agree that the stakes are higher and has to do with who is also behind the judge: ex-President Temer.
