I meant that i take the 20 minutes i actually need to fall asleep as extra already for the next time i try to power nap. If i do fall asleep then i probably slept too long entering deep sleep already.

I am not a sleep scientist but i heard you should avoid waking up from deep sleep when powernapping, but i seem to get there very fast.

Bottomline for me is that it's just not working. I thrive on regular schedules at night and since i'm doing that i never really felt the need to do naps during the day.
