The state has their world. Sovereignty has their world. When they occupy the same space there will be friction. Each looking at the other as a disease that must be eradicated. It will not be a smooth nor a quick transition, if it ever happens beyond isolated individuals with GFY resources. (We used to call it Fuck You Money but I'm gonna go with "GFY resources").
