All it is is an admission of the unknowable

None of this is knowable.

Your faith is an admission of knowing everything, which is patently false as you cannot prove anything you believe

Read Isaiah 53. It was written hundreds of years before Jesus was born and it clearly prophesies His coming before He came. Then submit your life to Christ and become Christian.
