Best VPNs right now:
Mullvad: good performance, anonymous payment, no email account
Obscura VPN: can't be blocked by VPN detectors, anonymous payment, no email account, but only Mac client for now (will change in near future)
NymVPN: zero-knowledge network, anonymous payments, no email account, covers & obfuscates traffic, but no wireguard configs for routers yet
What I don't count:
ProtonVPN: no anonymous payments => KYC
LNVPN: Lightning payments but has data transfer limits
Initial subscription at Obscura VPN is done via stripe with credit cards. How is that anonymous?

? I could start with Lighting
My bad. Misinterpreted the payment page as initial subscription vs top-ups while being subscribed. Instead it seems to be recurring vs one-time payments.
