Filter.nostr.wine (US) does not have mirrors only nostr.wine (US, NL, UK, JP).
Should I use jp.nostr.wine instead of nostr.wine for faster connection ?

It’s automatic. Nostr.wine is a geo load balancer so you are automatically routed to the nearest server.
Better yet, by using nostr.wine if our JP server ever goes down, you’ll simply be routed to UK/NL without even knowing.
