I’m meeting a potential investor today to finish the build of our #bitcoin mine In southeast Missouri. It’s been a grind to find someone with enough fiat resources to compete the project. I would still like to work on this with plebs, however even a partial build is ~$200K or more. If anyone in range of this signal is interested, please hit me up. #mining #investing #missouri

200,000 plebs each giving a buck.......

source of funds might be an issue but anyway....... I'll start see how far nostr plebs can go!

I’ve actually considered setting it up with zap goals. The thing that stops me is by what mechanism do I make sure each contributor receives ownership for their fair share?

Can you build a smart contract and crowd source so each of us who contributes is a fractional owner?

Technically yes, however I’m not sure of the correct legal structure to do so, or tax implications, etc.

We are moving to the Ozarks area (by the end of the year 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻)

Is Solar a viable option with that cloud cover?

We don’t have solar, but it is viable. It’s actually sunny more than cloudy. This day a storm was rolling in and the substation looks cool with the backdrop.

I was hoping so, we wanna do off-grid. Another consideration, but costly to set-up is Michael Smith’s Green Power House (GPH) https://www.regenitech.com
