Just watched interesting video explaining nature of nostr:npub15dqlghlewk84wz3pkqqvzl2w2w36f97g89ljds8x6c094nlu02vqjllm5m's #MicroStrategy loans.

Long story short:

A. Either price of MS stock goes to 397$+ by the year 2025 or they will be forced to liquidate portion of their #bitcoin (500M worth and then more in coming years) to repay the debt. If my calculations are correct and the price of BTC would remain the same as it is today it would be around 0.15% of the supply that would hit the market. 0.6% supply if both bitcoin and MS stock trades sideways until 2028.

B. Price of bitcoin skyrockets instead or alongside the stock. Resulting that only much smaller portion of BTC would have to be sold to repay the debt.
