haha. mine would probably suspect me of being bulgarian or serbian or something. i had more than a few bulgarians suspect me of being serbian at one point, and my serbian friends were always making bad jokes about me being bulgarian.

some of the constructs just lend themselves well to transliteration. my favourite bulgarian one is "no kind of" or "not any kind of" the serbian version is more conscise to write 'nikakuv' the bulgarian is 'nyama kakuv' and it's an emphatic way of saying 'nothing'.
