I’m sorry the what… the Bitcoin bootstrap is nostrs? lol I was introduced to bitcoin as a concept in 2011. Prior to that, I contributed to bootstrapping multiple P2P projects with people who had their fingers in bitcoin dev work from 2011-2014.

The person who wrote BIP 0001 and invented the bitcoin improvement protocol thinks nostr sucks. He told me himself last week. Furthermore, he himself speaks at crypto events.

The tokens that you use on nostr are LN… I use bitcoin. Onchain. Verified.

You’re exactly right… Bitcoin is people. People and hardware builds with sound key management practices.

We’re not saying these things to be mean to you guys… we’re saying them because of years of experience with cold keys versus hot wallets.

Nostr is where the Bitcoin community have bootstrapped themselves, now explain how you take even half the Users and bootstrap your “better tech”.

Shove your better tech up your arse. Metcalfe’s Law killed pubky in the womb.

If Pubky wants to be anything, take the tech and improve Nostr because you ain’t getting the users to move to your network because of some supposed technical superiority which no-one gives a fuck about.
